Group Visits
Longwood Gardens welcomes visitors traveling in groups by offering discount admission rates to groups of 15 or more ticketed individuals. The Group Visits office, located in the Visitor Center, provides a separate reception area, ticketing window and restroom facility for group guests to gather comfortably before beginning their visit. Just outside the Group Visits office is free parking for 20 motorcoaches, as well as a bus driver's lounge for resting.

Group Rates (15 or more ticketed guests)
Longwood offers discounted admission for groups and several tour options. Reservations and advance payment is required. Please contact the Group Visits office at groupvisits@longwoodgardens.org or 610-388-5223 to make your reservation today.

Guided Tours are available for an additional fee, and reservations are required. Call 610-388-5223 to schedule.
Complimentary admission is offered to each motorcoach driver and escort in a group of 15 or more ticketed guests.
Teachers and chaperones within the required 1:10 ratio will also be charged $3. Any additional adults will be charged at the adult group rate of $12.

Group Prices for Longwood Special Events
Wine and Jazz Festival: $34 per adult SOLD OUT!
Fireworks & Fountains: $34 per adult, $21 per child (ages 15 and below). Each Fireworks & Fountains ticket includes a chair rental.
Tickets for special events are limited and sell-out is likely. Special event tickets like Wine & Jazz and Fireworks & Fountains need to be purchased at the time of calling. No advanced reservations are accepted.
