Nurturing Curiosity School Grants

Longwood Gardens is furthering its educational mission by introducing Nurturing Curiosity School Grants for Title One Schools. The grants are available to schools groups participating in the Nurturing Curiosity curriculum-based program. Grants will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis to those groups that have 30% or more of the student population qualifying for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program.

Aid can cover:
Student’s admission fees of $5.00 per student
Transportation reimbursement costs up to $100.00 per bus, per school, per day

Since funds are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, you are encouraged to request aid as soon as possible after making your reservation.

 School must provide:

  1. Certifying documentation of Title One status
  2. Diversity of student population
  3. Invoice from bus company outlining the total cost for transportation
