Fellows learn firsthand from current public horticulture leaders.
Fellows have the unique opportunity to learn through a cultural immersion experience that includes mentoring and reverse mentoring, Longwood committee and project work, formal salon-style discussions hosted by regional horticulture and cultural arts leaders, as well as Longwood staff. This conversational learning approach allows Fellows to understand deeply the challenges facing public horticulture and to hear how today’s leaders are solving them.
