George Lepp is one of North America’s bestknown contemporary outdoor and nature photographers and a Canon Explorer of Light.
His passions for natural beauty, technical precision, cutting-edge technology, and environmental responsibility are revealed in his beautiful and compelling photographic images. Don’t miss this special opportunity to learn professional insights and techniques from Mr. Lepp as you explore the creative possibilities of our new Meadow Garden. The workshop includes fieldwork and demonstrations in the Gardens, classroom instruction, and continuing interaction with each student in the field.
As part of the workshop, students will have the opportunity to borrow and experiment with a wide range of Canon EOS bodies, flashes, and lenses to further enhance the experience.
A firm understanding of your camera’s manual and automatic operations (including f/stops, shutter speeds, and other manual settings) is needed. The course will benefit users of all brands of digital SLRs and is aimed at intermediate and advanced photographers.
Please bring your favorite camera, lenses (both wide angle and tele-photo), plenty of charged battery packs and memory cards, and a sturdy ripod (a must).
This is a one session class on September 28 at 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
