George Lepp, one of North America’s best known contemporary outdoor and nature photographers, will present a photography lecture at Longwood Gardens on Saturday, September 27.
Enjoy the beauty of the Meadow Garden through the eyes and artistry of photographer George Lepp, whose work has appeared on the covers of such magazines as Natural History, Car and Driver, PC Photo, and Outdoor Photographer; at prestigious galleries and museums throughout the United States; and at the corporate headquarters of Canon USA, Eastman Kodak, and Epson America. He was chosen by Canon USA as one of the first members of its Explorers of Light program, which features the industry's most influential photographers.
Lepp is known for his sweeping panoramic images that capture the magnificence of locations in Africa, Antarctica, the Netherlands, and North America. His stock and assignment photography is represented by Getty, Corbis, AgStock, and Photo Researchers.
This lecture will take place from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Conservatory Ballroom. Space is limited.
