More About Rudy Lucente:
Rudolf A. Lucente has been a church musician for over forty years, and is both an Assistant Organist at the Grand Court Organ (formerly Wanamaker's) in Philadelphia and a holiday staff organist at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square. Rudy studied organ with Dr. Keith Chapman and also worked with the American/Armenian composer Richard Yardumian. Since their untimely deaths, Rudy has devoted much of his musical attention to the preservation and performance of their works.
Mr. Lucente appears frequently as a recitalist and church music clinician, and is a member of the Philadelphia Organ Quartet, an ensemble that performs music arranged for four organs. In addition to playing concerts throughout the country and internationally, Rudy provides consulting and tonal finishing services to churches and concert halls, and is frequently called upon to provide artistic tonal design of digital instruments.
