A respected champion of 19th & 20th century British organ music and an exponent of orchestral transcriptions, Nigel has recorded an all-transcription program on the Wanamaker Organ in Philadelphia for WRTI, has performed his orchestral reductions of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerts No.1 & No. 2 with pianist Jeremy Filsell, and many of his transcriptions are published by MorningStar Music. Presently Nigel Potts is Organist & Choirmaster of Christ & Saint Stephen's Episcopal Church in New York City.
More About Sarah Rose Taylor
Mezzo Soprano Sarah Rose Taylor has appeared as a recitalist in France, Germany, Italy, the Bahamas, and across the United States. Last season, Sarah's engagements included her Carnegie Hall solo debut (singing Elgar's Sea Pictures) and the alto solo in Mahler's Resurrection Symphony No. 2 in Cambridge, MA. She also recorded her debut CD of Wagner's Wesendonck Lieder and Elgar's Sea Pictures, due to be released by MSR Classics in 2015.
