Tired of all the paper? In an effort to conserve more of our natural resources, we have created this eco-friendly option for our Members.
Being a Paperless Member relates to the way in which you receive notifications and mailings from Longwood Gardens.
Enjoy our Seasonal Highlights where we share brief, timely information showcasing our Gardens and more. You will receive five issues via email per year. Each edition corresponds to our seasonal displays and includes a full calendar of events and exhibits.
Paperless Members will also receive renewal reminders via email and a special Members-only enewsletter. Membership cards, acknowledgments, and exclusive Members-only invites will still be sent via the postal service.
As a Paperless Member:
- You will not receive our general paper mailings, including our Seasonal Highlights newsletter. Seasonal Highlights is available online. View past editions online.
- If your email address is current and you have not opted out, you will receive enewsletters that will include links to our latest publications and events.
- You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date. If you need to update your email address, please call 610.388.1000 or send an email with your name, Member number and new email address to membership@longwoodgardens.org.
- Please forgive us if it takes more than a month for this change to take effect. Some mailings are already in progress when requests are made and therefore the mail is already on its way.
