The TRIAD Fellows works through various rotations, including Horticultural Research, Greenhouse Production, Conservatory Management, and Outdoor Lanscapes.
Our Horticulture staff works with each Fellow to develop a plan that addresses and serves individual student interests and career goals. Fellows will spend one month in four horticultural areas, while also carrying out specific long-term projects based on the needs of the Horticulture Department and the Fellow's career interests. Areas of focus may lie outside of the four rotation areas and include Arboriculture, Plant Records Mangement, Turf Mangement, Nursery Management, Natural Lands Management, or Integrated Pest Management.
Opportunities for professional development, including a stipend for attendance at one national conference are available.
Successful candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate individuals who are looking for a dynamic experience in a world class horticultural environment.
