K-12 Onsite Reservation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in booking a K-12 onsite program. Currently, our onsite K-12 programs are sold out. Please check the live availability calendar below for any cancellations that may occur. Registration for the 2019-20 school year will open on August 5, 2019.

Program Availability

Programs are offered Tuesdays–Fridays at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, and are approximately 90 minutes in length. Groups must have a minimum of 15 students for an educator-led program. We require 2 chaperones for every 15 students. Admission for 1 chaperone for every 7 students is free. Additional chaperones are $19.

Longwood Grant for Title 1 Schools

The Longwood Grant for Title 1 Schools provides the opportunity for schools to come to Longwood Gardens to participate in a 90-minute K-12 curriculum-based program. The grant is available to schools that have 30% or more of the student population qualifying for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. If you are interested in applying for a grant please fill out the Title 1 Grant Application (do not fill out the form below). 

Reservations and Prices

Students: $7
Chaperones: 1 free for every 7 students
Adults: $19
Special Needs Aides: No charge

Lunch Option
Terrace Tent (if available) can be reserved for your group at no extra charge.

Please note:

    • On-site Programs for the 2019–2020 school year may be booked beginning on August 5, 2019.
    • Payment in full by check or charge is due 2 weeks prior to your school visit.
    • On-site School & Youth Programs are not available during A Longwood Christmas.

Pre- and post-activities have been designed for each lesson. Use these activities to complement your lesson before or after your visit.
