Get ready, get set for the upcoming growing season! Learn the process of preparing and creating a vegetable garden in the comfort of your own home. This interactive course has hands-on projects and rich open discussions in a fully online environment. Work at your own pace with weekly modules on site selection, soil basics, plant nutrients, watering strategies, selecting crops, pest management and weed control, and ornamental companions. By understanding a few basic principles, your garden will become a better growing environment with healthier, more productive plants. Don’t wait—get a jumpstart this year and be ready to grow healthy vegetables in your own garden.

Go beyond the course. Ask questions about your own garden during two instructor-led online sessions covering additional topics on Wednesdays, February 20 and March 20, from 6:30–7:30 PM.

Following the 6-week course, materials will remain open for an additional three months for reference during the growing season.
