Encompassing everything from rice to amaranth and from corn to sorghum, grains are a universal addition to any meal. Learn how to grow and manage these plants in a vegetable garden or formal landscape from gardening expert and author of The Foodscape Revolution, Brie Arthur. Get a close look at a Longwood chef’s creative twists on a traditional grain staple and sample the full range of possibilities that grains offer.

Each student will receive a variety of seeds and a signed copy of The Foodscape Revolution.
