Back by Popular Demand! The mushroom capital of the world is at our backdoor, where more than 400 million pounds of mushrooms are produced every year! Enjoy an immersive experience into the world of mushrooms. The morning features several speakers sharing their insight on culture, history, and composting. Savor a special menu in our Terrace Restaurant featuring several mushroom dishes. After lunch, shuttle buses take the group on a short ride to visit two local mushrooms growers for a custom tour. Cap your day with the chance to buy from our local growers before heading back to Longwood.
