College & University Programs
Thanks to the vision of our founder Pierre S. du Pont, we proudly offer a vibrant selection of world-class learning opportunities.
Our College and University Programs range from internships and co-ops to a degree-granting graduate program for those pursuing a career in horticulture.
Our College and University Internship Program is perfect for college students interested in gaining valuable, hands-on work experience.
Programs provide practical experience for non U.S. citizens (individuals from abroad) who are at least 18 years of age.
For those students who want to explore possible professions, we offer our Cooperative Education Program during the academic year.
Our program combines hands-on experience and a rigorous academic curriculum that prepares students for employment as professional horticulturalists in public, private and commercial horticulture.
The Longwood Graduate Program prepares students through the University of Delaware for a leadership career in public horticulture.
