  Fall 2026 Virtual Program requests open August 5, 2026 at 10:00 am ET.  

  Fall Virtual Programs are offered September 8–December 18, 2026.

  Spring 2027 Virtual Program requests open January 5, 2027 at 10:00 am ET. 

  Spring Virtual Programs are offered January 19–May 26, 2027.

  Programs are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Programs are available 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET and run for 30-45 minutes. 

  
  

• Program Requests

  
  

  Virtual Programs are free for K–12 schools and homeschool groups. 

  Program requests must be submitted at least one week prior to requested program date.

  All program requests will be answered via email within three business days. If your requested dates and/or times are not available, an alternative date and/or time will be proposed. 

  Teachers can select and participate in multiple free virtual programs thoughtout the school year. 

  
  

• Student Capacity

  
  

  10 students minimum; 35 students maximum per program session.

  
  

• Technical Requirements

  
  

  Schools must have the technology required to participate in a live virtual program using a video conferencing platform. A meeting link for the virtual program will be provided.

  Classrooms must have a computer with a wired internet connection, external speakers loud enough for the whole classroom to hear, a camera, microphone, and a projection source.

  Test call are offered on Mondays.
