Longwood Gardens Welcomes Martha Stewart June 14

KENNETT SQUARE, PA – Lifestyle expert, gardening guru, and author Martha Stewart will share her best floral tips and tricks from her newest book Martha’s Flowers: A Practical Guide to Growing, Gathering, and Enjoying, on Thursday, June 14 at 10 am in the Open Air Theatre at Longwood Gardens. 

Ms. Stewart will be joined by co-author Kevin Sharkey, executive vice president and executive director of design for the Martha Stewart Brand, as they share their lifelong love of flowers and offer practical insight into how and when to plant, nurture, and cut from your garden. The lecture includes a copy of the book, which is bursting with beautiful photography of Ms. Stewart’s voluminous gardens as well as artful and inspiring arrangements in her home. 

Martha’s Flowers is Stewart’s 90th book and her first dedicated solely to the subject.
