Why are you changing systems?
We have been on our current system for nearly two decades. While it has served us well, due to technology changes and advancements in our operations, we have decided to implement a new system that will better meet our guests’ needs. The new system will allow more flexibility and be an easier user experience for our guests.
Will I need new login credentials?
No, you will not need new login credentials. We are bringing over people’s credentials. If you are not able to login with your current password, simply use the Forgot Password button to reset.
Do I need to do anything with my account to prepare for the new system?
No, if you had an account that was recently accessed in our prior system, you will be able to login. If your password is not recognized, simply use the Forgot Password button to reset. If your information is not recognized, you can easily create a new account.
Will my Member card still work?
Yes, your existing Member card will still work for admission to the Gardens as well as discounts on dining and The Garden Shop. You will continue to use your existing card until you renew in the new system.
I have comp tickets I have not used; will they be in the new system?
Any Complimentary Guest Tickets that have already been accessed (either electronically or printed) can still be used in the new system. You or your guests can bring them to the Gardens entrance for scanning. Please note any blackout dates or expiration dates. If you have not accessed your Complimentary Guest Tickets, they will be available in the new system in your Member Portal.
Will I be able to visit the Gardens on March 1?
Yes, we will have normal operations on March 1 in the Gardens. However, beginning at 3:00 pm, we will take the online system down. This will not impact guests onsite.
Will I be able to purchase tickets for Garden Glow?
Yes, Garden Glow tickets are sold through our Showare platform, which is not impacted by the change. Guest will also be able to upgrade their regular admission on March 1 to a Garden Glow ticket onsite.
Why can’t I purchase tickets (or renew my Membership or buy a Membership or register for classes)?
Because we are in the process of implementing a new ticketing system, our current ticketing system will be unavailable beginning at 3:00 pm on March 1 through the afternoon of March 4. Please note, the Gardens are open on March 1 and 2, and tickets can be purchased onsite.
When will I be able to make online purchase again?
We anticipate having our online store open in the afternoon of March 4. Please visit our website for the latest information.
When will Spring Blooms tickets or reservations be available? When will Festival of Fountains tickets or reservations be available? Tickets and reservations for Spring Blooms and Festival of Fountains will be available on March 4.
