- Green Text: Date is available for request; the number indicates the maximum number of students or "seats" that may be requested.
- No Text: Blank days are not available for field trip requests.
- Red Text: “Sold Out” dates are not available for field trip requests.
Field trip requests are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
This availability calendar will reflect accurate availability as of the end of the previous business day.
Dates and program times may become unavailable due to previous requests in the queue.
