Bay Laurel

Laurus nobilis or bay laurel is a fragrant, evergreen tree or large shrub, native to the Mediterranean region. The aromatic, glossy leaves are known for their culinary uses, and its branches have been used to create wreaths and crowns that symbolize victory or honor.
