For many families, seeing A Longwood Christmas is a treasured holiday tradition. This year, you can help make that experience possible for others through a gift to the Christmas in July campaign.
Each year, Longwood Gardens distributes more than 140,000 free or subsidized tickets to low-income students, families, and neighbors throughout our region through partnerships with schools and community organizations, an initiative that is made possible through contributions of all sizes. These visits are not only a day at the Gardens; they are opportunities for discovery, togetherness, and joy for people who may not otherwise have access to experiences like A Longwood Christmas.
Because of supporters like you, a child inspired during a school visit may return to Longwood with family to share a favorite discovery. A grandparent may experience the magic of the season with grandchildren for the very first time. A neighbor may find a place of peace and beauty during a busy and demanding time of year.
In appreciation for your generosity, your name—or the name of someone you wish to honor—will be printed on an ornament featured on a special Christmas tree on display throughout A Longwood Christmas. It is a meaningful way to celebrate the spirit of giving and the memories your gift will create for others.
Please make your gift today and share the wonder of Longwood with more people this holiday season. Thank you for helping open Longwood to more people, in every season.
P.S. Make your gift by August 5 to ensure your personalized ornament is included in this year’s A Longwood Christmas display.
