Chuck Ziccardi

Chef Chuck Ziccardi has been a chef/grower and teacher at Drexel University since 2000. Prior to his endeavors in higher education, he dedicated his life to gaining education and industry experience as a chef and hospitality professional. Chef Ziccardi uses his experience as a tool to help students develop an intimate relationship with food and thrive in the food service industry.
