Established in 1923, Longwood at Granogue includes a 38,218-square-foot colonial revival home built in 1923 and a village of small homes, barns, and a greenhouse. Offering picturesque views of the surrounding Brandywine Valley, the property includes large sections of forest, pasture, and meadow, and is being conserved as one of the last remaining pieces of open space in the Brandywine River corridor.
