A field trip request form must be completed prior to submitting the Title I Grant application. To request a field trip, visit: Request a Longwood Gardens Field Trip
Have the following information collected prior to filling out the application:
- Visiting as an educator or self-guided field trip.
- Field trip date(s) and order number(s).
- School name
- Teacher name, email address, and daytime telephone number.
- Title I documentation letter. Letter may be uploaded as a rtf, pdf, doc or docx.
Receipt of the grant application will be confirmed by email within one business day.
All applications will receive a status update from schoolandyouth@longwoodgardens.org within three business days.
