Have the following information collected prior to filling out the application; we are unable to save incomplete forms.
- Visiting as an educator or self-guided field trip.
- Field trip date(s) and reservation number(s).
- School name
- Teacher name, email address, and daytime telephone number.
- Title I documentation letter. Letter may be uploaded as a rtf, pdf, doc or docx.
Receipt of the grant application will be confirmed by email within one business day.
All applications will receive a status update from schoolandyouth@longwoodgardens.org within three business days.
Please note: Submission of an application does not confirm approval of the grant. Applications may be declined if:
- Title I documentation letter is not submitted in required format.
- The school does not meet the minimum percentage of 30% of the student population qualifying for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program.
- A field trip date has not been reserved for the group.
