All Membership levels receive two Complimentary Guest Tickets good for one-time general admission. In order to redeem your Complimentary Guest Tickets, you must access your Membership account.
- Tickets can be issued online, onsite in our Visitor Center, and via phone at 610.388.1000.
- Tickets are good for 1 year from the issue date and may be used for one-time general admission.
- Guests using a Complimentary Guest Ticket do not need to purchase an additional Timed Admission Ticket , nor make a separate reservation.
- Unused Complimentary Tickets do not roll over to a renewed Membership term, so please be sure to access your Complimentary Tickets via our Member Portal before renewing. Tickets cannot be issued after the current Membership cycle has expired.
- Each guest using a Complimentary Guest Ticket needs to present a barcoded print-at-home ticket for entry. You do not need to accompany your guests to the Gardens.
- Complimentary Guest Tickets may not be sold, transferred or distributed to any other person or entity for commercial gain. If Longwood Gardens has reason to believe the Complimentary Guest Tickets have been resold they will be invalidated and the holder will be refused admission.
- Members can have a maximum of 4 Complimentary Guest Tickets in their account at any time.
Restrictions & Blackout Dates
- Complimentary Guest Tickets are not valid on peak days during A Longwood Christmas. Peak days during A Longwood Christmas are all Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, November 20, 2026 through January 3, 2027 and every day December 18, 2026 through January 3, 2027. Other restrictions may apply; check your tickets for details.
- Complimentary Guest Tickets may not be used for admission to special ticketed events.
