As a Member, you receive year-round general admission to the Gardens.
- Members may visit anytime, but require free, timed reservations during the following dates:
- Every day during Spring Blooms (and through May 6, 2026).
- Evenings during Festival of Fountains (after 3pm).
- Every day during A Longwood Christmas.
- Innovators and Gardens Premium Members and those included in their Membership level do not require reservations.
- Reservations are limited, and sell out is likely. We ask Members to make Member reservations only when they intend to visit and cancel in advance if they can not visit. Members who abuse the benefit of Membership by making numerous Member reservations and do not visit or cancel prior to reservation date(s) may have remaining Member reservations canceled and Membership revoked.
- Reservations may be cancelled in advance, however, they may not be rescheduled once they are made.
- With a timed Member reservation, you may enter the Gardens as early as 30 minutes before (except 10:00 am) or as late as 30 minutes after your entry time. Late or early arrivals cannot be accommodated. Stay as long as you wish once you enter the Gardens.
- Guests not included in a Membership require a Timed Admission Ticket.
- We cannot accommodate a Member's request for tickets if we are sold out. You may also upgrade your Membership to a level that allows you to bring guests any time you visit the Gardens.
- Please download or screenshot all barcodes included in your Member reservation (1 barcode, per each person covered under the reservation).
- To avoid lines we encourage you to print your Member reservations at home and show them upon entry. Or, go paperless and open your print-at-home tickets on your smartphone prior to entering the Visitor Center for scanning.
- Guests need the barcoded print-at-home ticket(s) for entry and you do not need to accompany your guests to the Gardens.
