All Membership levels receive two Complimentary Guest Tickets good for one-time general admission. You will need to have your Membership account set up to redeem your Complimentary Guest Tickets.
Important, Please Read Before Redemption:
- Each Membership includes a maximum of two (2) complimentary tickets. Unused complimentary tickets do not roll over to a renewed Membership term, so please be sure to access your complimentary tickets via our Member Portal before renewing.
- Tickets cannot be issued when the current Membership cycle has expired.
- Tickets cannot be issued prior to your new Membership’s start date.
- Tickets can be issued online, onsite, and via the phone.
- Guests using a Complimentary Guest Ticket do not need to purchase an additional timed admission ticket or reserve it for a specific day and time.
- Guests need the barcoded print-at-home ticket(s) for entry and you do not need to accompany your guests to the Gardens.
- Complimentary Guest Tickets may not be sold, transferred or distributed to any other person or entity for commercial gain. If Longwood Gardens has reason to believe the Complimentary Guest Tickets have been resold they will be invalidated and the holder will be refused admission.
