Tickets cannot be issued when the current Membership cycle has expired.
Tickets are good for 1 year from the issue date and may be used for one-time general admission.
Tickets can be issued online or onsite at Central Ticketing. They cannot be issued via phone.
Guests using a Complimentary Guest Ticket do not need to purchase an additional timed admission ticket or reserve it for a specific day and time.
Guests need the barcoded print-at-home ticket(s) for entry and you do not need to accompany your guests to the Gardens.
Complimentary Tickets may not be sold, transferred or distributed to any other person or entity for commercial gain. If Longwood Gardens has reason to believe the Complimentary Tickets have been resold they will be invalidated and the holder will be refused admission.

Tickets are not valid on Peak Days during A Longwood Christmas. Peak Days are all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between November 28 and January 1, and the week of December 26–January 1.
