Due to Saturday's extreme weather forecast and in the interest of safety for our guests, the Wine & Jazz Festival has been cancelled and our Gardens will be closed on Saturday, September 23. Please be sure to let all members of your ticket party know about the cancellation.
All Wine & Jazz Festival ticketholders will be issued a full refund. If you purchased a Wine & Jazz bundle ticket, you will be issued a refund for the Wine & Jazz Festival portion of your bundle ticket, as Friday night's Wine & Jazz All Stars performance is taking place as scheduled. If you purchased a Wine & Jazz Festival picnic tote, you will be refunded for that as well.
Your credit card or bank statements should reflect a refund within the next 5 to 7 business days. If you purchased a ticket with cash, you will be sent a refund by check.
