What is the Longwood Welcomes program?

Longwood Welcomes runs throughout the year. Guests can experience all of our seasons, including A Longwood Christmas, Winter Wonder, Spring Blooms, Festival of Fountains, and Chrysanthemum Festival.How do I redeem this offer?
Purchase of these discounted tickets is available onsite only in the Visitor Center at any ticketing counter. Simply bring in the voucher you received from one of our partner organizations to any ticket booth. Hold onto your voucher, as it can be used for repeat visits to the Gardens.How many people can I bring with me using the $3 voucher?
All people in your party are able to take advantage of the $3 per person general admission ticket. Children ages 4 and under are always free.Can I use this discounted admission for concerts or Fireworks & Fountains Shows?
No, this voucher is for general admission only, not specially ticketed events. If you’d like to turn this ticket into a special event ticket, please visit Ticketing & Member Services in the Visitor Center.Are there other programs I can take advantage of that offer a discount?
Yes! Longwood also partners with several area libraries on a Library Membership program. Additionally, for families that qualify for the ACCESS card or Delaware SNAP, there are general admission discounts year-round.Do I need to reserve a timed-ticket with the Welcomes program?
No! Simply bring your voucher to our Gardens for entry. The Welcomes program is valid during days the Gardens are sold-out.

What is the Library Membership program?
The Library Membership program works with targeted libraries in the Chester County and Wilmington regions to increase access to the Gardens. Longwood provided a Membership to these targeted libraries in the region for their patrons to check out and visit the Gardens free of charge. Current participating libraries are:- Kennett Square Public Library
- West Chester Public Library
- Coatesville Public Library
- Avon Grove Public Library
- Oxford Public Library
- Wilmington Public Library
- North Branch Wilmington Public Library
When is this Membership valid?
This Membership is valid year-round for general admission to our Gardens. It is not valid for specially ticketed events or Fireworks & Fountains Shows but can be used on days the Gardens are sold-out and during A Longwood Christmas.How do I get a Library Membership card?
To check out the Library Membership card, you must have a valid library card to the library that holds the Membership. Contact your library for additional details.How long do I get to keep the Library Membership card?
Each individual library has their own identified check out periods, late/lost fees, and other details. Please contact your library for specific information.Do I need to make a timed Member reservation when I use this Membership card?
No! Simply bring the Membership card to the Gardens for entry.How many people can visit with me with this Membership?
This Membership card is valid for up to 9 people. Children ages 4 and under are always free. Additional tickets can be purchased at a 10% discount.Are there other benefits I receive when using this card?
Yes! While at the Gardens, you also receive the following discounts:- 10% discount on dining

What is the Museums for All program?
The Museums for All program is a national program that allows those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) to receive discounted access to our Gardens. Those with a state-issued SNAP EBT card can purchase General Admission for up to four individuals ages 5 and up at $2 each. For certain experiences, like A Longwood Christmas, there may be a higher fee. Children 4 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased online in advance of your visit. You are required to show your EBT card and accompanying photo ID when you visit. The person whom the card was issued, must be present. Please note, the America the Beautiful Access Pass is not included in this program.What is the Longwood ACCESS program?
The Art-Reach ACCESS program provides those with a state-issued Pennsylvania ACCESS card General Admission for up to four individuals ages 5 and up beginning at $2 each. Children 4 and under are free. Please note, the America the Beautiful Access Pass is not included in this program.What is an ACCESS card?
An ACCESS card is given by the state to Pennsylvania residents who monitor their government-issued cash, food, or medical benefits with an EBT card. Please note, the America the Beautiful Access Pass and Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) Pass are not included in this program.What is a SNAP EBT card?
A SNAP EBT card is given by a state for a government sponsored food supplemental program.When are these programs valid?
Museums for All and PA ACCESS is valid year-round for general admission to the Gardens. It is not valid for specially ticketed events or Fireworks & Fountains Shows, but can be used during A Longwood Christmas ($8 per person during A Longwood Christmas) when tickets are available. The physical or digital ACCESS card and named cardholder must be present with photo ID to gain admission. We cannot accommodate if we are sold out. Please note, the America the Beautiful Access Pass is not included in this program.How do I purchase tickets using the Museums for All or Longwood ACCESS program?
Purchase of these discounted tickets is available online.How many people can I bring in under these programs?
The SNAP EBT or ACCESS Cardholder can bring up to three guests for a total of four people beginning at just $2 dollar a person ($8 per person during A Longwood Christmas). This means a group of 4 people can visit the Gardens beginning at $8 total. The physical card and named card holder with photo ID must be present to purchase tickets and to enter the Gardens.Can we use our child’s Access/EBT card?
As long as the young SNAP EBT or ACCESS Cardholder is present, has the physical or digital card, and will be entering the Gardens with your group, the child’s card may be used to obtain up to four discounted tickets. The photo ID requirement may be waived in the case of a child Access/EBT cardholder age 16 or younger.Do I need to secure a timed-ticket or reservation to visit?
Yes, please purchase a timed-ticket online for the day of your visit. Be certain to bring your physical Access/EBT card and photo ID with you to gain entry into the Gardens. Please note, we cannot accommodate if we are sold out.How many times can I use my ACCESS or SNAP card for admission?
You can visit the Gardens as many times as you’d like using the Museums for All or PA ACCESS program. Just purchase tickets online and bring your ACCESS card or SNAP EBT card to any ticket booth in the Visitor Center.Can I use my ACCESS or SNAP EBT card for specially ticketed events?
