Guests are invited to visit the Gardens earlier in the day, before the event begins.

Your experience begins with a cocktail reception of small bites and a preview of the not-yet-released Decoy Limited North Coast Sauvignon Blanc. Following welcome remarks, savor a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner inspired by the season and the beauty of the Gardens.

 

Throughout the evening, you’ll savor exceptional pairings.

First Course

  • Organic Spring Mesclun Salad (Meyer Lemon, Powder Mill Cheese, Caramelized Fennel, Parisienne Carrots & Radishes)
  • Calera Central Coast Chardonnay

Second Course

  • Roasted King Salmon (Cherry Blossom Shoyu, English Pea Farroto, Pea Tendrils & Blooms)
  • Newly released Greenwing Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Entrée Course

  • Fine Herb Crusted Filet Mignon (Morel Mushrooms, Charred Asparagus, Green Garlic Mousseline, Cabernet Shallot Jus)
  • Two celebratory anniversary selections: Duckhorn 50th Anniversary Napa Merlot; Duckhorn 50th Anniversary Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon (newly released)

Dessert Course

  • Strawberry-Rhubarb Pavlova (Crisp Meringue, Vanilla Cream, Macerated Berries, Rhubarb Jam, Rosé Sabayon)
  • Decoy Limited Brut Rosé

As part of the evening, you’ll enjoy special remarks and insights into the winemaking process from Frank P.J. Alviso, Senior Vice President, Operations for the Duckhorn Portfolio. Raised on a 400-acre organic vineyard in Amador County, Alviso learned to work the vines at an early age. Today, he oversees all of the winemaking and viticulture teams across the Duckhorn Portfolio.

Guests will be seated at communal tables of eight this evening. If you’d like to sit with friends or another party, please purchase your tickets together so we may seat you accordingly.
