Join us in our Gardens or online for an inspiring discussion with author of Paradise Under Glass Ruth Kassinger. Explore Kassinger’s journey of building a small conservatory in her suburban Maryland home, and learn about the history of conservatories and the plants they house along the way. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions. Our award-winning Community Read, now in its twelfth year, brings books and people together to spur discussion about an important idea or topic.
Following the talk, join us for a book signing with Kassinger and an opportunity to continue the conversation in an informal setting with a light dessert reception.
