During this fun, hands-on workshop all about mushrooms, create your own mushroom log, using the log as the medium in which to grow edible mushrooms, to bring home—and watch grow!
Along with Aubrey Inkster of the Philadelphia Mycology Club, learn about types of wood mushrooms, as well as how they’re collected and cultivated. Using fresh logs and your choice of mushroom spawn, create a unique mushroom log to care for and enjoy.
