Fee includes all-day admission to the Gardens on the day the class is onsite.

Registrations may be cancelled up to two weeks before the event, and your registration fee, less a $30 processing fee, will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not available for programs moved to scheduled inclement weather dates.

Begin with a brief lecture in our Studio space and then venture out to the herb garden outside of 1906 for hands-on exploration. 

Examine soil, sunlight, watering, and harvesting basics, along with creative uses for different herbs. We’ll also cover unique challenges of herb gardening, such as climate considerations, pest issues, and maintaining flavor and vigor.
