During this interactive experience, learn how to cultivate common culinary herbs and explore unusual and lesser-known varieties worth trying at home.

Begin with a brief lecture in our Studio space and then venture out to the herb garden outside of 1906 for hands-on exploration.

Examine soil, sunlight, watering, and harvesting basics, along with creative uses for different herbs. We’ll also cover unique challenges of herb gardening, such as climate considerations, pest issues, and maintaining flavor and vigor.
