Colvin Randall 

Colvin Randall studied architectural history at the University of Virginia and botanic garden management in the Longwood Program at the University of Delaware. From 1977 to 2004, he was Longwood's PR Manager and subsequently became the Gardens' historian. In 2008, he was named Longwood's first P. S. du Pont Fellow. He has studied all aspects of Longwood's history since 1973 and has designed Longwood's musical fountain displays since 1980. He has written or produced books, CDs, and DVDs on the Gardens, including Longwood Gardens: 100+ Years of Garden Splendor centennial volume, Longwood Gardens Christmas, A Splash of Brilliance on Longwood fountains, and Garden of Music.
