This talk will cover the basics of plant identification, safety, and responsible harvesting, along with simple ways to enjoy what you gather. Discover how foraging can deepen your connection to the natural world and bring new flavors to your table. Enjoy a delicious small bite and signature cocktail to round out the fun.

The Wild Edibles Lady and author of Foraging Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Debbie Naha-Koretzky is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, Rutgers Master Gardener, Pennsylvania Master Naturalist, certified science teacher, and wild foods author. She has conducted countless foraging programs for state organizations, environmental centers, native plant societies, and more. She received her master's degree in clinical nutrition from New York University.
