In May, celebrate the poetic and potent lily-of-the-valley. Steeped in tradition and history, lily-of-the-valley is a symbol of good luck and gifting bouquets of this flower is a centuries-old custom. Join floral designer Melissa Palmer as she leads you in an exploration of this springtime bloom and create your own arrangement that celebrates lily-of-the-valley’s clusters of bell-shaped flowers. Join us at the new Kennett Library & Resource Center for a fun evening of creativity.
