Monica Herndon 

Monica Herndon is an Emmy Award-winning photojournalist at The Philadelphia Inquirer. She works in a hybrid role, contributing to both still and video coverage on stories across the newsroom. Herndon is also an FAA certified commercial drone pilot. 

Recommended Supplies

  • 1 or 2 camera bodies (and camera manual, if available)
  • Extra batteries
  • Extra memory cards
  • Wide angle lens (i.e., 24-70 mm)
  • Longer lens (i.e., 70-200 mm)

Macro lens (i.e., 50 mm or 100 mm)
