Spend a morning admiring—and sketching—the verdant view of Longwood’s iconic Spring Blooms.
Experience and capture the ephemeral colors of Longwood’s Flower Garden Walk and the pristine reflections of morning light on Longwood’s lakes with this plein air offering. Begin the class online as instructor Diana Heitzman offers techniques and tips for painting en plein air. Then, enjoy exclusive early-morning Gardens access as you put your knowledge into practice during a four-hour, in-person painting experience with your choice of medium, easel, and tools. You’ll find plenty of inspiration in this spectacular setting amid the tulip blooms, spring-fed lake, and springtime color.
