Fee includes all-day admission to the Gardens on the day the class is onsite.

Registrations may be cancelled up to two weeks before the event, and your registration fee, less a $30 processing fee, will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not available for programs moved to scheduled inclement weather dates.

New to Longwood is this relaxing meditation and yoga experience surrounded by the natural beauty of our Gardens.
Join instructor Alison Donley to begin the day bright and early with a gentle yoga and meditation practice in the Gardens that will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready for the days ahead. All levels are welcome. Students must bring their own yoga mat, a hand towel, and any additional props for comfort, if preferred.

Alison Donley
Alison Donley has been practicing and teaching Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for 44 years in studios, as a former studio owner, as a hospice volunteer, for Unite for HER, for Nudj Health, and for 24 years at West Chester University where she developed the curriculum and material for 3 academic Yoga classes. Alison is an E-RYT 500 and Continuing Education Provider with Mental Health First Aid training, Citi Research certification, and research background in Yoga. She leads Yoga Teacher Training and offers private therapeutic Yoga sessions and small group instruction. Alison loves sharing Yoga and creating safe, supported space to guide others to feel the joy of inspired movement through mindful breathing.
