Melissa Gansz

Melissa Gansz is a nature-loving herbalist, triathlete, and ultra runner. She holds a master’s in clinical herbal medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and is the founder of Herbal Roots Consulting Services. She also is a running and triathlon coach with YogiTriathlete and offers athletes at any age and level both training plans and herbal medicine support throughout their endurance journey. Gansz specializes in the use of herbal adaptogens, a stress-reducing category of herbs, to support balancing emotional and physical stress in the body.
