Celebrate this year’s Community Read theme of food and gardening with a tour and hands-on workshop perfect for the entire family. Explore our Ornamental Kitchen Garden alongside Longwood Senior Horticulturist Alex Correia and discover the many fruits and vegetables we grow here at Longwood. Then, using food collected from the Gardens and alongside Longwood Executive Chef Will Brown, prepare a miniature edible garden to take home, as well as a delicious strawberry treat. This class is designed for adults and children (ages 6 to 12) to learn together.
