Here, vegetables, fruits, and herbs are harvested weekly through a unique collaboration between our chefs and horticulturists, creating a true garden-to-table experience rooted in freshness, seasonality, and place.

The evening continues in the award-winning 1906, where Executive Chef George Murkowicz and team present a thoughtfully curated six-course menu celebrating both the beauty and bounty of the Gardens.

An Evening in Longwood Gardens, Featuring 1906 is part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series; events hosted by generous people, businesses, and organizations outside of JBF that provide critical funding for our programs. Each event supports our mission to champion a standard of Good Food for Good® anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.
