This workshop is an independent youth learning experience, designed for ages 9-14. Workshops are staffed by Longwood Educators; individuals with educational expertise that possess the required clearances. One accompanying adult (19+) may enjoy the Gardens during the 90-minute workshop.

Registrations may be canceled up to one week before the event, and your registration fee, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded.

Discover the art of metalworking and transform copper into beautiful fall-inspired keepsakes during this fun, hands-on experience. Using professional metal design stamps and texture hammers and a variety of pre-cut leaf shapes, create unique leaf jewelry or seasonal ornaments. Those who wish to explore further may also use metal shears to cut their own designs. Colorful beads will be provided to add vibrant accents and personalize each finished piece. Safety instructions, protective equipment, tools, and materials are included.

This workshop will meet partial requirements for the following badges:
