Set atop the rolling hills of the Brandywine Valley, this one-of-a-kind experience invites you to be one of the first to dine beneath the stars at Granogue, surrounded by sweeping views and enveloped in the warm glow of firelight.

Here, fire is more than ambiance—it’s the heart of the occasion. Chefs move with quiet precision, expertly crafting each course over open flames, transforming locally sourced ingredients into memorable fare that celebrates the land and the season, presented with rustic elegance.

Your open-air Field & Flame experience includes valet parking, an open bar, live music, and a multi-course meal, with each dish artfully prepared by open-fire artisans Around the Fire of East Hampton, NY, featuring Chef Adam Kelinson, and served family-style with open seating.

$100 of each Field & Flame ticket is tax deductible and supports the ongoing conservation and preservation of Longwood at Granogue, a 505-acre cultural landscape in the heart of the Brandywine River corridor.
