Discover the joy of indoor gardening with this hands-on workshop all about microgreens!

Start with an engaging lecture on what microgreens are and the benefits of growing them, then enjoy a tasting of freshly grown varieties. Learn the ins and outs of growing microgreens with demos on two methods—using soil or hydromats—and plant your own tray to take home. This fun, interactive class is ideal for both seasoned gardeners and curious beginners!

Faith Redcay

Faith Redcay is a Horticulturist in the Idea Garden at Longwood Gardens. She currently works in the Ornamental Kitchen Garden. Faith is a graduate of the Professional Horticulture Program at Longwood Gardens and has been passionate about growing food and flowers from a young age.
