Registrations may be cancelled up to two weeks before the event, and your registration fee, less a $30 processing fee, will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not available for programs moved to scheduled inclement weather dates.

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that combines movement with meditation and breathing techniques.
In this rejuvenating outdoor class, learn fundamental stances and movements of Tai Chi and cultivate calm and focus within yourself. Relax amongst our lush Gardens setting, the perfect atmosphere to practice mindfulness, flow, and fitness. This class is appropriate for beginners.
This program will take place partially or entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather and wear footwear suited for walking on uneven paths and through wet areas.

Sara Gellhorn
Sara Gellhorn has been teaching Tai Chi for over 30 years. A national champion and judge, she holds two 5th-degree black belts, has taught at Ursinus College and the National Women’s Martial Arts Association, and has reviewed books and media for the Journal of Chinese Martial Arts. She teaches group and private lessons in Exton with a comprehensive approach, combining martial arts, focused breathing, meditation, balance, and flexibility. By blending Tai Chi's physical and philosophical elements, humor and passion, Gellhorn helps students understand the depth of the art while pursuing their personal goals.
