Fee includes all-day admission to the Gardens on the day of the class.


Registrations may be canceled up to two weeks before the event, and your registration fee, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded.

Looking for a way to inspire your young plant enthusiasts this spring? In our hands-on workshop youth ages 10-16 will learn creative techniques to jump-start their summer garden. Workshop activities include making newspaper pots for vegetable seeds, starting seeds in a miniature greenhouse, making a mini hydroponic herb jar, growing microgreens indoors, and more. This session will excite kids about growing plants independently and help them gain a new hobby and a green thumb!

All materials included. Fee includes all-day admission to the Gardens on the day of the program and a guest pass for an adult to enjoy the Gardens during the youth workshop.
