Join Bluestem Botanicals and professional bartender Drew Tolbert in the new studio space in The Grove as we explore their high-quality, hand-crafted syrups, bitters, and tinctures to create delicious seasonal drinks. You’ll leave with ingredients and the confidence to try your own mixology at home.

Eric VanderHyde & Drew Tolbert

Drew Tolbert is a bartender raised and living in rural PA. He makes cocktails for special events like weddings and private gatherings. Tolbert enjoys discovering and using natural ingredients to create simple and unique beverages.

Bluestem Botanicals is a labor of love for Eric VanderHyde and Linda Shanahan, bringing together their combined years of experience in herbalism, nursing, engineering, and agriculture. Having grown vegetables, flowers. and herbs for over a decade, VanderHyde and Shanahan are now specializing in certified organically grown medicinal and culinary herbs.
