Orchid beginners to enthusiasts, have you ever wanted to learn how to duplicate the beauty of your orchids through propagation?

tart your propagation experience in our Visitor Center Auditorium, where you’ll learn the basics of orchid propagation. Then, join Longwood’s Orchid Curator Greg Griffis on a tour of our Orchid House and learn more about Longwood’s extensive orchid breeding program. From there, go behind-the-scenes in our Lower Production Headhouse, where you’ll practice propagating Phalaenopsis orchids in a hands-on setting—after which you’ll take home seedlings to observe and watch them grow.
