Life is filled with seasons of growth, transition, uncertainty, and change. As we move through these different seasons, we often find ourselves reflecting on questions of meaning, purpose, connection, and what it means to live well.
Drawing from existential psychology, this engaging and reflective program invites participants to explore some of life's most universal questions and consider how our experiences of change and impermanence shape the ways we understand ourselves and the world around us.
Set against the natural beauty of the Conservatory, we will explore the parallels between the rhythms of the natural world and the human experience. We will consider how awareness of life's changing seasons can deepen our appreciation for the present, strengthen our connection to what matters most, and invite us to live with greater intention. Through insights and opportunities for personal reflection, participants will be encouraged to consider the season of life they are in and what it might mean to embrace it more fully.
