The vernal, or spring, equinox, represents the beginning of the return of life to the land as much of the natural world reawakens following the dormancy of winter.
It is a time to celebrate fresh starts and reflect on both the winter behind and the year ahead. Join certified Forest Therapy guide Elizabeth Mills for a contemplative early morning walk to mark this occasion and bask in the quiet, reserved beauty of Longwood at the very beginning of spring.
